If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please follow these steps:
Document the Issue: Take clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item on the day of delivery. Ensure that the images clearly show the defect or error.
Contact Us: Email the evidence to support@mitalifoods.com on the same day you receive the delivery, including your order number and a description of the issue.
Resend the Parcel: Send the defective or incorrect item back to us at your cost. Include a copy of your email with the evidence and a note detailing the issue.
Once we receive the returned parcel, we will inspect the item. If we confirm the defect or error, we will replace the product with the same item. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
